Our Policies

Please review the policies below. These terms apply to all behind-the-wheel lessons and packages offered by RoadReady Driving School. By booking or attending a lesson, you agree to these policies.

Payment & Scheduling Policy

All driving lessons and packages must be paid in full before scheduling. You may book and pay online, or contact our office at (702) 747-5998 for assistance with registration and scheduling.

Refund Policy

RoadReady Driving School may issue refunds under the following conditions: A $40 administrative fee applies to all approved refunds. Refund requests must be submitted within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. No refunds are issued for unused lessons after the six-month expiration period.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

To avoid a fee, lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but at least 3 hours before the lesson are subject to an $80 short-notice rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the lesson are considered a late cancellation and treated as a forfeited lesson.

Lateness Policy

If a student arrives within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. If arrival is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson is considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy

A no-show results in the lesson being forfeited with no refund or rescheduling. A lesson is considered a no-show if: the student arrives more than 15 minutes late, or the student cancels with less than 3 hours' notice, or the student is not present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

Permit or License Requirements

Students must have a valid Nevada Instruction Permit, Driver's License, or International License in their possession at the time of the lesson. If the student does not have the required permit/license at the start of the lesson: the lesson cannot be conducted, the session is forfeited, and an $80 rescheduling fee applies.

Instructor Time & Operational Costs

Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and missing permit/documentation result in lost instructional time and operational costs that cannot be recovered. These policies ensure fairness and compensate instructors for reserved lesson time.

Certificate of Completion

After completing a minimum of 3 lessons (6 hours) of behind-the-wheel instruction, students may request a Certificate of Completion. This certificate may qualify for an auto-insurance discount; eligibility varies by provider.

Package Expiration

All packages must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused hours expire after six months and are non-refundable.

Rates are valid at the time of purchase. Prices may change without prior notice.
